What our customers say

Feedback is important to us, so we regularly survey our customers and ask them to rate our performance, as a result, we can keep improving our same day and other services.

They are asked to score us on the following attributes: communication, response times, vehicle availability, service and price. They score us using the following scale: 1, terrible; 2, poor; 3, average; 4, good; and 5 excellent.

Above all, this is not a tick-box exercise for us because our people are measured on these scores as part of their performance reviews.
