In the wake of the Coronavirus outbreak, Cal Sameday will endeavour to operate as normal and limit any impact on services during this epidemic. All customers will still receive the same access to our service 24 hours a day regardless of staffing on site in each location.
Cal Sameday will monitor the government guidelines and keep up to date with the situation as and when it changes. Cal Sameday have in place a detailed contingency plan should the outbreak in the UK change.
We will where possible absorb any additional cost for travel, however with the force majeure situation some cost may be passed on.
In the event of a country lockdown like the Italian government have enforced then deliveries for customers that are deemed as essential travel will require relevant documentation explaining the purpose of the journey.
